But we do have six grandchildren (Christa's) and I do enjoy spending time with them, they can really be a lively bunch. It really makes me appreciate the quite times too. I really enjoy standing back and watching this group grow and knit itself together, watch cliques and treaties band and disband just to get a chance to play, and fight, together ... When it's not driving me crazy it's beautiful. I enjoy bringing my family to a work party and taking over because I brought such a big group that they automatically are in charge. It's great that when the church is setting up for a rummage sale, or a tea fundraiser, or whatever, the first group they call is us. Often, it's the last, too. In the spirit of the small things (like the milk comment), I really enjoy the look on the faces of the waiters and waitresses at restaurants when they ask "Are they all yours" ... "Of Course!" I wouldn't have it any other way! The thing I’ve enjoyed most about my large family is just watching the interactions.
