Good to know
I’m trying to ease back into my world of blogging and graphic design. Somehow, caring for the children, washing the dishes, and doing the laundry have taken precedence. I’m sure you understand.
Here’s a glimpse into what I’ve been enjoying the past couple of weeks:
Andy and Brady were knelt on either side of Grayson, who was sleeping on the couch (between pillows.) Though he was sleeping soundly, I was still concerned when I saw them lifting up his tiny delicate hands…. Not because they aren’t gentle — they truly are — but because I didn’t want them to wake him.
They didn’t. He kept right on sleeping as they discussed.
Andy: “I think he’s going to be a righty.”
Brady: “No way. He’s a lefty for sure.”
Pause to note that Andy, age 6, is a righty. Brady, 5, is a lefty.
Andy: “I don’t know, Brady…”
Me: “What are you guys doing?”
Brady: “We’re just trying to figure out which hand Grayson is…”
Andy: “Yeah, so we can tell the Cubs. Just so they know.”
Oh boy! God loves them… and so do I. At this rate, the Boy Scouts will love them, too, since they always seem to be prepared.

We know these things are important. What is the count so far? One right handed batter and two left handed batters?

Not sure on Connor yet. He’s a switch hitter AND thrower for now. He eats and writes as a lefty though!
