Superstar at Second!
I know I’ve been a slacker with my blogging lately. I could give you a whole list of pregnancy-related symptoms, not the least of which is a blood vessel that actually burst in my leg yesterday and has caused tremendous pain, but I’d be digressing.
My real reason for this post is this: My Brady Boy got the game ball yesterday!!
It was only their second game of the season… The Dodgers played the Diamondbacks and once again, Andy and Brady played first and second base, respectively.
I’m not trying to brag when I say that Andy is one of the best on his team. His coach even announced that at the first practice (he had the same coach last year.) But Brady had an outstanding game. He had a couple of good hits, but his fielding was amazing. He’s just five years old, and yet he’d field a grounder, spin and tag out the runner! So fun to watch!!
I know, I know. You’re all wanting to see the photos, eh?
Well, this multi-tasking, very pregnant mama was juggling our three youngest children, growing the unborn baby, and “keeping book” for the coach, all while Nate acted as assistant coach for the game. So, sadly, no photos. I’ll take some soon and post them though. They all look so cute in their uniforms!
This baseball-loving mama couldn’t be more proud! Way to go Brady Boy!

It is such fun to hear about the children. Each and every one of them. Sometimes I recall what you said and bust out laughting. Maybe it could work out that we could attend one of the games. That would be exciting.
Sorry about your leg. I don’t have any idea how to make it better. I hope you don’t suffer too much with it which means no suffering at all but sounds like you already have had some pain with it.
