Sherri,

Pine Nut Oil is one thing I had NOT heard of! (And I thought I'd tried EVERYTHING!) I've tried the ginger, and somehow the taste makes me sick anyway. :D The other things I've done/tried... but I have to confess that I prefer cantelope to lemons because it still tastes the same coming up, but doesn't burn as much! Pathetic, I know. Thanks so much for your prayers. Sure means a lot!

Uh oh! :/

You've been through morning sickness at least as many times as I have so you may already know this, but I wanted to share just in case. Have you ever tried Siberian Tiger Naturals Pine Nut Oil for morning sickness? It helped me tremendously with Isaac 1) when I remembered to take it and 2) if I could remember to take it when my stomach was settled enough to get past the, ya know, swallowing oil part. :)

One of the most helpful things about it was that I would feel nauseated incessantly if I was even a little bit hungry, and the oil helps you to feel full. I was positively diagnosed with H. pilori (which can be a huge contributing factor to severe and chronic morning sickness) FINALLY when I was pregnant with him, and, of course, they wanted to put me on antibiotics. That was NOT an option, so I did my own research and found this:

Between that and probiotics we have no excuses for having any stomach ailments anymore. It's just a matter of taking it.

Prior to this different things worked for different pregnancies. Ginger chews helped quell the ever-recurring waves of nausea between meals. You can get them at the healthfood store. For some reason the sweet/spicy mix made a world of difference.

Drinking fluids distinctly cold or hot, not tepid, helped a lot.

Almonds helped, too, because they are a protein and it doesn't take many to feel full.

Not taking prenatal vitamins helped. They ALL made me so sick, even USANA which are supposed to be the best money can buy. When I wasn't throwing up so much it was easier to get my nutrients from food because I craved good food, and had better chances of keeping it down. This may or may not be your case.

A good omega 3 fatty acid supplement and probiotics did wonders for my last three pregnancies.

Lemons with salt or sugar on top. Why? Because they taste just as good coming back up as they do going down. ;) Really!

Besides the regular recommendations of eating several small meals throughout the day, the oil helped the most of anything else I ever tried.

I've been praying for you! {{{HUGS}}}
