Somehow, my boy Andy turns SIX today. I’m pretty sure he was just born last year, but he’s got four siblings, so I guess not.

He requested “bowling” for his birthday gift, so Nate and I took the three boys bowling yesterday. It was a first for all three of them! They were so cute and excited and determined. They loved every minute of it and so did we. I took lots of great photos and hope to post those sometime.

My baby is growing up. He’s starting to read rather well. His other gift is a library card! When I was six, I received a library card for my birthday. To this day, that rates as one of my top gifts ever received. It told Andy about it several months ago and that’s the only other thing he’s asked for. He’ll get it tonight.

He’s growing up! Next thing we know, he’ll be asking for a debit card.

Happy Birthday, Andy! We love you oodles and bunches, gobs and wads, to infinity and beyond. You’re the world’s best six-year-old!
