… is the number of things my little Brady is allergic to. Ugh. Many big changes in store around here. Anyone have millions of dollars to donate to a grocery fund? ![]()

Oh my. Please do not get too discouraged. God will provide. He has and always will. I never had to deal with allergies but I can appreciate your concern. One day and one step at a time.

I had one of those allergy tests done. I had a laminated card with 16 food categories (not individual foods) that I had to avoid. Josh and I joked that it would have been easier if they would have listed all the food I could eat! I followed the “diet” for about two months and slowly started adding those things back in in very small quatities. I’m almost completely allergy free today. I’m sensitive still, but I can eat all of those things in moderation with no symptoms. Kids are more resilient than adults so, keep your chin up.

I’ve never had food allergies tested, but I did have a regular allergy test done, and much to my suprise I was mildly allergic to many things including dog dander! The only thing I’ve changed base on those test results was, hhmmm, well, nothing!
Can you just take a closer look at those 28 items and use them to narrow down to 1 or 2 that really cause a problem?
