OK, I know I said I don’t usually use memes, but I’m trying to give you something to read while I’m away. My fabulous friend Stacey posted this, so I thought I’d play along. Maybe you’ll learn something interesting.

1. Do you like blue cheese salad dressing?no, ew
2. Do you own a gun? Yes, we have several. They’re tools for my husband’s trade, you know.
3. What’s a favorite drink at Starbucks or other specialty coffee house? I guess I’d have to pick hot chocolate or something simple like that. I’m not a coffee fan.
4. What do you prefer to drink in the morning ?*cringe* I drink a caffeine soft drink every morning. I told you, I don’t do coffee.
5. Do you do push-ups? No, but I can do real ones. I showed my kids how to do them the other day. They were impressed.
6. What’s your favorite piece of jewelry? my wedding ring
7. Favorite hobby? reading other people’s blogs
8. Do you have A.D.D? My husband teases me that I do, but I prefer to think of it as my brain multi-tasking.
9. What’s one trait that you hate about yourself? I’m a complainer… right, honey?
10. Name 3 thoughts at this exact moment: I need to start another load of laundry, I wonder what to make for dinner, what time do the Cubs play today?
11. Name 4 drinks you regularly drink. sweet tea, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Pepsi (sorry, Dad.)
12. Current worry right now? packing for seven people, for seven days
13. Current hate right now? my impatience and my messy house
14. Favorite place to be? with my family anywhere
15. Do you like to travel? Yes–but I have to admit it gets complicated for us
16. What color shirt are you wearing? red
17. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? nope, I like the crispness of regular cotton sheets
18. Can you whistle? sure can, but I didn’t learn how to until middle school
19. Favorite color? red or orange
20. If you could would you be a pirate? no… why would anyone want to be a pirate?!
21. What song do you sing in the shower? “Sugar pie, honey bunch… you know that I love you… can’t help myself… I love you and nobody else…” 
22. Favorite girl’s name? Evan and Ferris…
23. Favorite boy’s name? Nathan, Andy, Brady and Connor…
I’m sure that’s not what was meant by those questions, but I’m somewhat obsessed about names and could be here all day if I answered truthfully
24. What’s in your pocket right now? my cell phone so my kids can’t play with it
25. Favorite bedsheets as a child? I don’t know. I just know mine never matched. I thought that was such a luxury!
26. Worst injury? does childbirth count??
27. Do you love where you live? We like the location, but wish the house were lots bigger. Maybe Ty will come and “Move that bus!” I can dream, right?
28. How many TVs do you have in your house? Three
29. Who is your loudest friend? Anyone who’s not reading this. 
30. How many pets do you have?Two, Sirus our police canine, and Dusty, our Boxweiler
31. Does someone have a crush on you? I doubt it! That would be funny. But I hope Nate still does.
32. What is your Favorite Book? James? I’ve enjoyed Beverly Lewis.
33. What’s your favorite candy?Pay-Day or Rolos. I love carmel.
34. Favorite Sports Team? THE CUBS!
35. What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up? How many kids are awake? Just Connor… OK, find the remote. Turn on Little Einsteins. Now you have 25 more minutes to really wake up…
