Two down, thousands to go
So, today was our second day of officially homeschooling. I took photos of Andy and Brady on their first official day because why should non-homeschoolers get to have all the fun?
Except our photos weren’t taken on the front porch with our backpacks and lunchboxes. Nope. Here are ours:

That’s Andy, working on his first subject of the day, Bible.

Brady had one book ordered that had not come in yet,
so here he is copying a verse.
If you look closely, he’s writing “Thy word…”
We almost look calm, cool and structured, don’t we? Well, seconds later, this was the scene:

Um, yeah… That’s us. Together and often chaotic. Ferris was rolling on the floor nearby, but that’s Connor in nothing but a Pull-Up. He decided to color while his big brothers were doing their schoolwork. And curtain-climber Evan likes being the center of everything, so she’s perched ON the table. Her hair doesn’t always look that bad, but she pulled the thingy out.
What can I say? Togetherness is just something we’re good at.
Two days into it and the boys still like school. Let’s just pray it stays that way.
