That’s what the price of milk is doing. It’s over the moon!
Yesterday, I bought a gallon for $3.82. Yikes. And that’s the generic store brand. The “real” brand was more than $4 a gallon. AUGH!
I remember when we first moved here a little more than six years ago, we could buy a gallon for $1.88. My how times have changed. I’m sure it’s not just Chicagoland, though. How much does it cost where you are? Is it cheaper to own a cow?

We’re thinking of getting a horse to take us where we want to go. That is what one fella did. Wouldn’t that be a site.Getting a cow sounds like a good idea too.
Lookung forward to some more of your “tales”. Oh, by the way, welcome home!!
How do you mount a car seat on a horse? Do they make 12 passenger horses?
Welcome home you all! I’ve missed you!
The price of milk here is…let me see if I can remember…$2.79 at my favorite discount store. So, a bit cheaper than where you are. Although, I DO know that if I can’t make it to my favorite store, and have to shop at my second choice, I pay at least $3.50.
Although, it’s not the milk I’m worried about. It’s the outrageous price of Red Bull. I’m going crazy here! I NEED it and I’m going to have to mortgage the house. Very, very sad state of affairs at $1.89 a pop.
What IS this world coming to?
Ooh, Heather, I’ll have to get it for you at Sam’s. It comes out to about $1.39 each there.
What do they taste like? If they have a Dr. Pepper flavor, I’m all over it.
I’m wondering if we should be looking into using milk for our gas??? Nah - can’t drink the gas!
