Inside it’s so delightful.

The kids are in bed and Nate is working late on a police car-hijacking call. When he left to go to work at 5 p.m., it had not started snowing. There wasn’t even a lick of snow on the ground. (Don’t ask me how much a lick is… I don’t know.) Yet, look at what we have going on now:

I’m not a huge fan of being cold and wet, but I have to admit, Chicagoland yields some awfully pretty snow.

But since I’ve no place to go, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Just bring my husband home safely in the meantime.
