As I reported a few days ago, our family has been battling nasty colds (like 99.8% of America, I’m sure.) I’m happy to report that, while we’re not out of the woods yet, we seem to be on the upside of things.

One of my best remedies for fighting off sickness is this great drink supplement called Emergen C. Ever heard of it? It’s great! It has 1000 mg of vitamin C in a serving. It comes as a powder and when you mix it with water, it fizzes. The kids call it “fizzy pop.” They love it!

At any rate, we were starting to run low on the stuff, so I ordered more online. It came in the mail yesterday. When I opened the box, the boys watched excitedly to see what was inside. When I pulled it out, Andy — through a very stuffy nose — said, “Hey, how did they know we were sick?!”
