It’s birthday season around here. We all have fall / winter birthdays (so far), so much discussion revolves around what you might want for your birthday. Brady came into my room this morning and told me he wants “shaving stuff” for his birthday in January.

I told him we might be able to find him a toy shaving kit, but he wouldn’t get a real one because a real one has a blade that can easily cut. He said, “No, I want a real one, Mommy. I’m turning four. That’s big. I’m just not tall yet.”

Hmmm…
