Some people are just grumpy and they need us there to help them smile and to give them stories to tell. We need to be patient in explaining our personal exchange rate and, someday, they'll understand. Wow. Nana. So THAT’S how it works. Got it.

Most of them think they only have to call the bank and ask what their balance is and then they run out and spend that much. "Well you said I had X amount on such and such day."
