Connor’s vocabulary grows every day. He has some very interesting things to say — if you speak his language. One of his current favorites is to let out a little gasp and then to ask, “What was dat noise?!” It sounds cute, but he’s very persistant with the interrogation until you give him a logical answer.

Another one of his new things is to tell you, “I gonna win you!” He means he’s going to beat you, as in a race. He tells me this every time we head up the stairs together. “I gonna win you, Mommy!”

Now, if I get defiant and argue back, “No, Connor, I’m going to win you,” he immediately answers, “No nee not!”

He’s so silly in his tone that you can’t help but laugh. So, you might think you’re the one who has the cutest kids in the world, but I’d say, “No nee not!!”
