Andy’s surgery was a success, but he is not enjoying all the the recovery process entails. I won’t be overly specific, but I will say that it involves stuff that most four-year-olds do not enjoy… and he does not enjoy bedrest. Plus, he’s always been our child with the lowest tolerance for pain, so he’s complaining a LOT. We’re trying to keep it in perspective, but I admit that I love nurses and I know I am not one. I am, however, a mom who loves her son, so I will do what I can to make him as comfortable as possible.

 Thank you to all of those who prayed for us yesterday. Please continue to pray for his 10-day recovery process and my patience during that time.
