So sorry!
I just wanted to apologize for being scarce this week. We’ve been hitting it hard with Vacation Bible School around here. For those of you out of the loop, doing VBS for the first time with a three-year-old and a four-year-old (not to mention two younger in tow) is equivalent to preparing to send your 18-year-old off to college. I’m sure of it.
OK, maybe not, but it is a really big deal for them.
They’ve done great with their memory verses.

PLUS, my super-talented husband has been lending his honor guard expertise to the local police departments due to the recent line of duty death of a Gary police officer. Many hours go in behind the scenes to make these ceremonial events as honorable as possible. Please pray for his young family.
AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, we had a huge storm go through these parts last night and knocked our power out. For 18 hours. No joke. Praise the Lord it’s back on and my milk’s still cold. ![]()

Isn’t it great how the kids can memorize, and enjoy it? You should see Barrett (1 1/2 yrs old) singing “I’m in the Lord’s Army!” He learned it at our VBS a couple of weeks ago.
