Potluck Pleasers

Since we’re Baptist, our church has a lot of pitch-in (carry-in, potluck, etc.) dinners. Generally, I try to make something I think will go over well, but that is a little different (so I don’t end up with my Jell-O salad sitting in a line of 30 of them). We had a dinner yesterday at church. Since I completely forgot about it until about 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, I took Rice Krispy Treats. Lame, I know.

The craziest thing happened: the pan was empty when it was all over. Nothing left!! Woo-Hoo! Success! I don’t quite get it, though.

So, all you great cooks out there, enlighten me. Help a girl out… What’s the best potluck pleaser you have?! If it’s different, send me the recipe, too. I’ll be sure to give you credit. PLEASE HELP!
