Those of you who know me, know that I’ve been a Cubs fan for forever. Since the days when Sandberg reigned at second… when Larry Bowa was at his side! When Durham was there before Grace. Before there were lights. When the Ivy was first planted. OK, maybe not that long, but you get the picture. I love my Cubbies!

SO, last night’s game had me elated! ESTATIC! AMAZED! We’re in FIRST! First place!! WOO-HOO! I’m sure I scared Evan last night when I started cheering loudly while she played on the floor… but I was thrilled when Murton scored. Weren’t you?!
